We can print the samples with the placeholder text first, and once the product has passed testing, we can update the ingredient list accordingly before mass production. Hi Arianna, I confirmed again today, and I’m sorry, I made a mistake before. The UV coating I mentioned, which changes color under UV light, cannot protect the formula from UV interference. It is not the protective coating you are looking for. May I know if the coating to protect the formula is a must-have? We have not met this requirement before, so if it is required, we will need some more time to check. Also, just wanted to check if you received the courier fee invoice I sent earlier. Hi Carolina, Yes, just to clarify: If the sample does not match the confirmed design because of our side, we can remake it. If you want to change the color or another process afterwards, normally it would need a new sample fee. But I checked with our company, and we can support you with one free remake for another color or process effect, to better support this project. No rush on the other questions. Best regards,

Hi Arianna, Nice to e-meet you too. Yes, the UV coating I mentioned, and the effect shown in the attached video, is a protective UV coating for the packaging to help protect the product inside. It changes color under UV light as a visible indication of the UV protection effect. Our current samples do not have this coating, but we can add it for production if needed, with an additional cost. Hi Carolina, For custom samples, our sample fee is RMB 500 per effect, around 8-10 pcs. If the same effect does not come out right, we can remake it. Color code #5A3659 received. Based on our experience, a physical color sample would be better, as color codes can be inaccurate in production. But we will try our best to match it. The courier fee has been paid by me first. The FedEx tracking number is 873242200726. Due to the holiday schedule, the package will be shipped out on June 20, 2026 China time. You should receive it in about 10 days. The express courier fee is USD 28.45. Could you please let me know how you would like to pay for the freight? Regarding the package, this model is designed for sunscreen. The cap is ABS and the bottle is PP. There is no special UV protective coating layer between the component layers. When you mention UV coating, do you mean the color-changing effect under sunlight? I attached a short video for your reference.
